Our founder, Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai, is a medical speech-language pathologist, entrepreneur, educator, researcher, and healthcare innovator. She brings over 15 years of experience across patient care, clinical education, healthcare leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital health.
She has built and scaled two healthcare businesses, supported over 50 healthtech organizations, reached more than 100,000 clinicians through her clinical education initiatives, and helped generate over $10 million in revenue through digital health consulting.
Her work bridges clinical expertise and business strategy, giving her a deep understanding of how patients and clinicians experience healthcare products — and what companies need to consider to drive adoption and growth.
